Q: Can I pay the full amount at once?
A: Yes, full payment is welcome. We offer a 2% discount for full upfront payment on orders over $5,000. Standard terms are 30% deposit + 70% balance before shipping.
Q: How long does shipping take to my country?
A: Sea freight to Southeast Asia: 10-20 days. To Africa: 25-45 days. Air freight: 5-10 days anywhere in the world. We will provide an estimated delivery time when you confirm your order.
Q: Do you provide shipping insurance?
A: Yes, we recommend shipping insurance for all orders. Insurance cost is approximately 0.3%-0.5% of the cargo value. We can arrange it for you and include it in your invoice.
